Summary
Seventy-six amendments have been made to the Criminal Law since its entry into force. The aim of the article is to focus on the tendencies in the development of the Criminal Law and the significant amendments made to it, mainly in connection with the regulation of the issues of criminalization, decriminalization, punishment and its determination.
